Description
Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Pacific (SSC Pacific) is releasing aDRAFT Request for Proposals (RFP) for the "Emerging Navigation Technologiesfor Applicability to Air and Shipboard C4ISR System Applications" requirement. This is an opportunity for potential offerors to provide comments and askquestions before the release of the final RFP. Comments and questions mayinfluence the development of the final RFP; however, the Government reservesthe right to accept or reject any comments or suggestions. Comments and questions regarding this DRAFT Request for Proposals must bereceived no later than 1:00 PM, Pacific Time Zone, 20 Jan 2012. Comments and questions shall be submitted via email only. To be answered,comments and questions must be in writing and sent via email to the ContractSpecialist, David Hill, at david.l.hill3@navy.mil. If they contain proprietaryinformation, they must clearly be marked as proprietary. Comments and questions will be answered to the maximum extent reasonable,and will be posted, together with the Government's responses, on SPAWAR E-Commerce Central (https://e-commerce.sscno.nmci.navy.mil/). It is anticipated that a formal RFP will be issued at a later date. Interestedparties are advised that a formal RFP will have a 30-day response time. The release of this DRAFT Request for Proposals does not obligate theGovernment to make any award. It is not a solicitation, so proposals andpromotional materials shall not be provided in response to it; such responseswill not be reviewed, they will not be returned, and no aspect of theirproductionwill be reimbursed.
