- IGE Equipment Listing PWS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation, FA2517-12-T-6011, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-53. (iv) This acquisition is procured as 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 711190, Other Performing Arts Companies, and the size standard is $7 Million. A single award will be made as a result of lowest priced technically acceptable evaluation of quotes. (v) This requirement is for to provide sound reinforcement and lighting for 24-25 January 12 concerts at Arnold Hall, United States Air Force Academy according to the PWS. The items required in the attached PWS are being procured as 100% small business set-aside. (vi) The following commercial service is requested in this solicitation to be delivered to: Arnold Hall, United States Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, CO. (vii) The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (June 2008). All firms must be registered in Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) at https://wawf.eb.mil at time of quote submittal. DUNS, Cage Code, tax ID, terms and conditions shall be submitted with quote. All firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database at www.ccr.gov in order to be considered for award. The Government is not providing contract financing for this requirement. Quote must be valid for 60 days. (viii) FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items (Jan 1999), applies to this acquisition. Paragraph (a), award will be based on low price meeting the technical specifications. Contractor shall submit technical specifications of products for Government evaluation. Multiple offers will not be evaluated. Technically acceptable is determined based on the following: - Contractor shall provide in detail how support shall be accomplished IAW the performance work statement. - Contractor shall provide in detail what equipment will be used; additionally, contractor will provide a timeline and plan for managing manpower and logistics necessary to accomplish tasks IAW the performance work statement. (x) The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification-Commercial Items (April 2011), is applicable to this acquisition. All vendors shall be registered in Online Representations and certifications (ORCA) (https://orca.bpn.gov) at the time of Quote submittal. (xi) The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items (June 2010), applies to the acquisition. (xii) The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items (May 2011) (DEVIATION), applies to this acquisition.
