- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Corona, Detachment Seal Beach, Product Engineering Assessment (PE13) has a requirement for (1) NICOLET iS10 MID-IR SYSTEM SPECTROMETER. The Government intends to award to a Sole Source, Firm-Fixed Contract to Thermo Electron North America LLC, under the Statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(C) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 for this procurement action. This procurement is for a commercial item IAW FART Part 12. The associated NAICS Code is 334516 and the standard 500 employees.
