- The US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) has a requirement to lease two (2) 4x4 crew cab diesel pickup trucks capable of towing two fully loaded 20' trailers and one (1) 15 passenger van or equivalent to transport personnel and associated personal equipment in support of the Command's mission. The period of performance for the vehicle leases will be 12 months after award. Full specifications will be included in the RFQ. USASOC intends to award on a competitive basis, using simplified acquisition procedures. This procurement is set aside 100% for small business. The anticipated NAICS code is 532120 with a size standard of $25.5M dollars. Interested vendors shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database prior to award of a contract. Information regarding this registration can be found at http://www.ccr.gov/. Offerors will be required to complete either a paper copy of the Representations and Certifications or may complete them online at http://orca.bpn.gov) in responding to this requirement. This acquisition is being conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 regarding the acquisition of commercial items. Offerors are responsible for routinely checking this web-site for any possible solicitation amendments that may be issued. No individual notification of any amendment will be provided. Proposal due date and time will be included in the solicitation.
