- Description
- The purpose of this contract is to procure services for the design of a broad range of informational and promotional materials in support of the Public Affairs Directorate (N00P) of Military Sealift Command Headquarters (MSCHQ). The Contractor will be required to furnish the necessary facilities, materials, equipment, and qualified personnel to provide graphics support. Services will include creative development (using photography, original and clip art) of design projects; preparation of camera-ready designs; and monitoring of all assigned graphics projects throughout production to ensure quality control and compliance with production deadlines. The final deliverable(s) on all taskings will be the camera-ready graphics files necessary to produce graphics products. This requirement will be fulfilled through the award of an indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity contract with firm-fixed-priced task orders. The period of performance will include a one one-year firm period, with four one-year option periods. This procurement is a FAR Part 12 acquisition being conducted using simplified acquisition procedures as defined in FAR Subpart 13.5 Test Program. Accordingly, simplified acquisition procedures apply. Services are being procured by: Military Sealift Command, HQ Contracting, N10 914 Charles Morris CT SE Building 157 Washington Navy Yard, DC 20398-5540 Anticipated Award Date: On or about 30 January 2012.
