- Notice of Intent: The Bureau of Reclamation, Montana Area Office, Milk River Division intends to award to Hill County Sheriff's Office a purchase order for security and surveillance services at Fresno Dam and Reservoir. The proposed action is for security and surveillance services for which the Government believes that there is only one responsible source and no other sources will satisfy the agency's requirement. A Justification for Other than Full and Open competition is being prepared in support of this acquisition. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action is solely within the discretion of the Government. The anticipated award date is January 31, 2012. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561612; with a small business size standard of $18.5 million.
