- The Bureau of Land Management, GSENM HQ/Kanab, UT has a requirement to obtain Janitorial Services for the new building. A Statement of Work, Wage Determination, Provisions, and HSPD-12 Forms are attached. All vendors must provide a complete proposal as to how they propose to provide services as outlined in the evaluation factors. No hard copy proposals will be provided. Vendors should note this has a Base Year and up to Two Option years as the Government's needs dicatate and funding allows and should provide proposals for the option years as well as the base year in their proposal.All questions regarding this requirement should be directed to JoLyn Goss, Contracting Officer, at 801-539-4165 or jgoss@blm.gov.Vendors requiring clarifications on the statement of work should direct their questions to the Contracting Officer not later January 6th, 2012 so a clarification can be posted for all vendors.
