- Description
- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - West, Presidio of Monterey has a requirement for Custodial Services for the Leymel Hall USARC/CA014, located at 910 West Kearney Blvd., Fresno, CA 93933. This acquisition is 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561720 with a size standard of $6.5M. Performance period is 1 February 2012 thru 31 January 3013 (Base Year) plus four (4) Option Years. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract. Solicitation W9124N-12-T-0013 will be available on or about Wednesday, 4 January 2012 on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website (https://www.fbo.gov) and the Army Single Face to Industry (AFSI) website (http://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/). Proposals are due Thursday, 19 January 2012 at 11:30 a.m. (PST). Please see the solicitation for complete Performance Work Statement, instructions to offerors, and evaluation criteria. Site Visit schedule is on Thursday, 12 January 2012 at 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m., Pacific Time (PST). NO paper copies of the solicitation will be furnished. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database (www.ccr.gov), prior to award of a government contract.
