Description
MCC MIS Support Services Blanket Purchase Agreement This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Millennium Challenge Corporation is seeking qualified vendors to provide Management Information Systems (MIS) support services The scope of work includes but is not limited to: management consulting; business operations; systems and software analysis and development; document analysis, development of systems design documents; computer programming; computer center operations; configuration management; software maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting; computer security; technical writing; training; and word processing. The period of performance is expected to be February 1, 2012 through January 31, 2013 with four (4) twelve month option periods. The awarded MIS support services requirement will be a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). This synopsis/solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the test program for certain commercial items found at FAR Part 13.5. Reference solicitation number is MCC-12-9009-RFQ-60. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-54, effective December 2, 2011. This requirement is set aside for service disable veteran owned small businesses (SDVOSB). The NAICS code is 541519, Other Computer Related Services and the size standard is $25M. FOB point is Destination. Inspection and acceptance shall be at Destination by the Government. Quotations shall be evaluated on a best value basis. Offerors must include a completed copy of these certifications with their quote or ensure a completed ORCA is available for download.
