- Redacted Brand Name Justification Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (BRAND NAME) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supply/service prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F1STAB1350B001. The solicitation is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2005-54) effective 02 Dec 2011. The NAICS is 334419 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This solicitation is for a commercial purchase order. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be followed. The USAF Test Pilot School (USAF TPS), Edwards Air Force Base, CA is seeking potential sources capable of providing a Spectrum brand triaxial accelerometer (see Brand Name Justification attached) as follows: Qty Manufacturer Part Number Description 4 Spectrum Control, Inc., 2236 N. Cleveland-Massillon Rd., Akron, OH 44333-1255 34207A-3285 Triaxial Accelerometer Items are to be delivered at least 2 Weeks After Receipt of Order (WARO), delivery and acceptance is FOB Destination. Non-consolidated shipments are acceptable. Quote shall include all shipping and handling charges as applicable. Place of delivery is USAF Test Pilot School, 220 S.
