- Dairy Products Solicitation for FCC Florence, CO Coverletter for Dairy Solicitation @ FCC Florence, CO The Federal Bureau of Prisons - Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to make a single award for the provision of dairy products for the inmate population at the Federal Correctional Complex located in Florence, Colorado. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The contract period shall consist of a performance period from effective Date of Award through 12 months from effective Date of Award. The estimated 12 month contract requirement is of (300 '5 Gallon Bladder' 2% Milk) (100 '5 Gallon Bladder' Chocolate Milk) (400 '5 Gallon Bladder' Skim Milk) (1,240,000 Pints 2% Milk) (5,200 '½ Pints' 2% Milk) (300,000 '½ Pints' Skim Milk) (15,000 '½ Pints' Chocolate Milk) (4,000 '5LB CTN' Cottage Cheese) (2,000 '5LB CTN' Sour Cream) (150 '3LB CTN' Cream Cheese) (600 '½ Gallon Bladder' Eggnog) (3,000 '24/3oz CT/CS' Sherbert) (6,600 '24/3oz CT/CS' Vanilla Ice Cream) (2,400 '24/3oz CT/CS' Chocolate Ice Cream) (2,000 '24/3oz CT/CS' Strawberry Ice Cream). The solicitation will be available on or about December 22, 2011 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this website.
