- Reference North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 333298. The purchase of 1 Each APE 2071M1 5.56mm Ten Round Clipping Machine to be used at the McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, OK. Product must meet the Purchase Description that will be available for download when the Solicitation is released. A small business set aside will be used for this procurement. All contractors who provide goods or services to the Government shall be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR). You may register via the internet at http://www.ccr.gov or contact the CCR at 1-888-227-2423. The approximate solicitation issue date is 31 January 2012, with closing date 30 calendar days from the issue date.
