NSN - 2995-01-007-9041 6. PN - 3500353-1 7. Application (Engine or Aircraft) - A-10 Aircraft 8. AMC - 1P 9. History - last buy 30 SEPT 2009, Honeywell (SPRTA109D00740001). 10. Description: GE Carrier Assembly. Aluminum Alloy Item which houses bearings in which three gear shafts rotate. Approximately 3" long by 2 ½" in diameter. Three Year Fixed Price Requirements Type Contract is contemplated. A one-year basic, with two one-year options. L/I 0001 - Informational CLIN L/I 0001AA - Basic Year-Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ) of 95 EA. L/I 0001AB - Option Year One-BEQ of 87 EA. L/I 0001AC - Option Year Two-BEQ of 72 EA. Required Delivery - 10 EA per month beginning 30 Days ARO. This acquisition will be competed as Full and Open Competition. 11. Mandatory Language: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
