- The United States Army Contracting Command - Warren has a requirement for the following item to support the RG-31 A2 Vehicle Variant. Item: Master Battery Switch Covers. This requirement will be solicited as a one-time buy contract under Solicitation W56HZV-12-Q-0122. The estimated quantity of the item is 1,583. A firm fixed price competitive procurement will be awarded to the offeror with the lowest evaluated price, meets all the material requirements of the solicitation and is found to be responsible in accordance with FAR 9.104. This solicitation will be issued on or about January 09, 2012 and responses will be due 30 calendar days thereafter. This is a pre-solicitation notice, otherwise known as a synopsis (summary). The solicitation pertaining to this notice will not be available until approximately 15 days from the date of this notice.
