Contractors must acknowledge the change to the solicitation by completing block 8, signing blocks 15a - 15c and submitting the completed SF 30 with their proposals. The site visit minutes along with questions and answers are also included. Admendment 2: This solicitation has been amended to change the response date from 21 Dec 11 @ 4:00 p.m. EST to 29 Dec 11 @ 4:00 p.m. EST.
