- Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office(WRCO), Tacoma, WA, intends to issue a sole source award to T-System, Inc. in the amount of $65,880.00 (for a base +1 year option). This requirement is for an on-line service that will provide the right to use (license) for the T-Systems Paper Documentation System for Weed Army Community Hospital, Fort Irwin, CA. This order will include software maintenance and system upgrades by T-Systems that are necessary to keep the paper document system within standards. The online documents T-System provides will be used for the emergency department where staff can easily view the history and other critical information and can quickly be incorporated into patient's records. This system also allows access to other clinicians' documentation for the current visit as well as prior visits. This notice is not a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications within three (3) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions. Information can be sent to the Purchasing Agent; Ms. Ruby Mejias, ruby.mejias@us.army.mil. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
