- This notification is for market research purposes only to identify potential contractors who have the skills, experience, and knowledge required to successfully complete this effort for Hill Air Force Base, Utah, and does not constitute a commitment, implied or otherwise, that a procurement will be accomplished. This is not a request for proposal or invitation for bid. DESCRIPTION: The A-10 System program Office (SPO) is contemplating a contract for Logistic support of A-10 Technical Orders (TOs) and Flight Manuals (FM). The primary objective of this task is to support existing sustainment and future modernization, Suite/Operational Flight Program (OFP), and Sustaining Engineering Requirements Plan (SERP) efforts for A-10 tech orders and flight manuals. Requirements for this support are to meet the Air Force vision for TOs to be up-to-date, technically accurate, user friendly and affordable for the A-10 Program while maintaining Air Force policy and MIL-Specs requirements. The contractor providing TO support for the A-10 aircraft shall furnish all labor, equipment, and other services necessary to deliver the required products. This support requires digitized data delivery of changes to TO's, any conversion of paper tech manuals to digital form (PDF, SGML, HTML, eTO, etc.), storage and maintenance of digital data, and tech support. INSTRUCTIONS TO INTERESTED SOURCES: This Sources Sought synopsis is an invitation for all qualified sources for this requirement to identify themselves to the U.S. Government as a potential offeror. All interested sources should submit a response to the U.S. Government Contracting Primary Point of Contact listed below. Please include a statement of interest and a brief company profile highlighting relevant experience and qualifications relating to the capability to accomplish the specified work requirements. Please also note any prior experience with U.S. Government contracts. Please limit responses to no more than 5 pages. Any information provided to the U.S. Government in response to this synopsis is for planning purposes only and will not be used as a selection consideration factor in this or any other U.S. Government contract competition. Should the U.S. Government elect to pursue the subject requirement, an official Request for Proposal will be released at a later date.
