- Statement of Work The Large Bore Powder Gun (LBPG) Project requires the technical services of a demonstrated expert in the field of high explosively driven closure valves to prepare a Design, Analysis, and Test Plan (i.e., qualification plan) for the development of a closure valve to be incorporated into the LBPG Confinement Subsystem. Consistent with the Plan, the proposed technology is to be demonstrated and then prototype valves are to be fabricated and tested. Upon completion of testing, test reports and design documentation are to be issued. Please provide a Capability Statement identifying your firm's ability to provide the services required. Include items such as a description of your firm's previous experience; engineering and quality control capabilities, and applications of technology.
