- Auction solicitation Rural Development requires the services of qualified persons or firms to sell non-program inventory properties by public auction for the minimum acceptable price established by Rural Development on each property. The Contractor shall provide all facilities, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, personnel and travel to accomplish the requirements of this service. The Contractor shall provide auction services for the sale of each property in Arizona.
