- PR: 0043861186 NSN: 4010-00-941-8777 Solicitation: SPM4A712R1186 Item: Wire Rope Assy, Single Leg P/N: 114E5139-1 Quantity: 60 each + 100% option Delivery: 540 DARO Solicitation Issue Date: January 9, 2012 Solicitation Close Date: February 8, 2012 This solicitation is Unrestricted for a Definite Quantity Contract to an approved source. The approved source is Boeing CAGE 77272. All other manufacturers must submit a SAR package for approval, a process that could take 180 days. FOB point is at ORIGIN. Inspection and Acceptance is at ORIGIN. Item is critical application and configuration controlled. Specifications, Plans, or Drawings related to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the government. This solicitation will acquire the supplies cited herein on an Other Than Full and Open Competition basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), available from only one or a limited number of sources.
