- The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to make a sole source award to ISYS Search Software Inc. 8775 E. Orchard RD STE 811 Englewood CO 8011 pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 and utilizing the Simplified Acquisition method described in FAR 13.106, the Period of Performance is for twelve months. PBGC's Office of Chief Counsel uses ISYS for a search technology to search pages for of ediscovery documents for litigation cases. The proposed contract is for services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106 and 6.302.1. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ), but a Notice of Intent. No RFQ will be issued. Interested parties may, however, request further information (no later than December 23, 2011) by email to Contract Specialist (James Payton Payton.James@pbgc.gov.
