Description

NAICS Code 237120. Work includes, but is not limited to: replacement of two (65 gallon and 83 gallon) aboveground storage tanks with two 75 gallon tanks. All work will be performed at the Federal Building, Huron, South Dakota. Security clearances will be required for all workers. Work to be completed within 30 calendar days after notice to proceed. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $150,000. The solicitation will be issued January 6, 2012, with offers due on January 27, 2012. Anticipated award date is February 10, 2012. Information regarding a site visit will be announced in the solicitation. This procurement is being set-aside for small businesses only. To be eligible for award, contractor must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov and ORCA at http://orca.bpn.gov/. All responsible sources submitting an offer will be considered. A site visit is recommended.
