In order to do this, the CG must have an accurate size (area) of our buildings. 2.0 Scope 2.1 The scope of this project will require the contractor to provide as-built floor plans in AutoCAD (version 2009) by physically measuring every space in the buildings listed below. 3.0 Location 3.1 U.S. Coast Guard Academy, New London, CT 4.0 Best Value Criteria 4.1 This is a best value solicitation. Evaluation Factors other than cost or price when combined are approximately equal to cost or price. The contractor will be evaluated on the following factors: 4.1.1 Factor 1: The contractor will provide a description of their methodology for obtaining the requested information and equipment used to gather the information 4.1.2 Factor 2: The contractor shall provide their stated accuracy of obtaining measurements and areas. 4.1.3 Factor 3: The contractor shall provide an example floor plan with data annotations (e.g. room numbers, dimensions, etc) of their typical product.
