- J&A for modifications to the TPL-00135 and TPL-00136. Whiteman Air Force Base intends to award as a sole source solicitation, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, a contract for the Modifications to the TPL-00135 (KVM Box System) and TPL-00136 (Power Distribution Box System), a small business concern. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334111 and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. The entire Justification and Approval (J&A) will be made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Web Site. Paper copies will not be available. You may download the J&A on this notification. Once the J&A is posted, on or after 22 December 2011 award will be made.
