- Scope of Work (SOW) Solicitation Lake Darling Dam, Souris River Flood Control Project, Erosion Repair, Near Minot, North Dakota. Work consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing all plant, labor, material, and equipment necessary for construction repairs to the four erosion areas located along earth embankment dam and downstream of the control structure. The erosion repairs consist of site preparation, placing fill material, bedding, and riprap. All work is to be performed in strict accordance to the SOW. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990 with a small business size standard of $33.5 million. This requirement is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) and is being issued as a Small Business set-aside.
