- applicable clauses This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for radio advertising prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for radio advertising services for the period of 1/01/11 - 9/30/12 on Norsan Multimedia Broadcasting radio stations WOLS-FM 106.1 La Raza and WGSP-FM 102.3 Latina for the Charlotte, NC area and WIST-FM 98.3 La Raza for the Greensboro/Winston-Salem/High Point, NC area. The advertisements shall consist of a 30 second DEA Tip Line commercials. Each 30 second commercial shall run 24 times per week (4 commercials each day on Monday - Saturday between the hours of 6am - 9pm EST) on each radio station. The DEA Tip Line commercial includes a 1-800 number for the public to report drug trafficking to the DEA. These radio advertisements include the use of Public Service Announcements. The Government intends to issue a single, firm fixed price purchase order in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All applicable provisions and clauses are in the attached matrix. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. Evaluation will be based on lowest price technically acceptable. All questions and quotes shall be submitted electronically to alyse.n.white@usdoj.gov. The deadline for questions is 12/27/11 at 2:00pm EST. Questions and Answers will be posted as an amendment to this solicitation. Closing date for quotes is 12/29/11 at 2:00pm EST. Late submissions will not be accepted.
