Description

Description of Services: 1.Repair D5C LGP Caterpillar Track-Type Tractor (Dozer) Serial #6CS00623; Red Rock Property #36383. Repairs shall be completed using OEM or Equal Parts*. Engine Repair oil leak on valve cover behind injector pump and engine oil cooler. Adjust valves. Undercarriage Replace sprocket segments on right final drive and left final drive. Replace master link bolts on left and right tracks. Replace S/F Rollers on left and right tracks. Replace D/F Rollers on left and right tracks. Replace segment bolts on left and right tracks. Replace segment nuts on left and right tracks. Replace segment washers on left and right tracks. Replace track idlers and caps on left and right tracks. Replace track guide mounting on left and right tracks. Replace track links, pins and bushings on left and right tracks. Work Tools: Blade Mounting - repair lower pin to prevent blade from moving up and down. On C-Frame/Center Post - replace rear C frame pins and bushings - bore if needed. 2.Bidders will provide an estimate of how long the repairs will take from the time of pickup to return of the machine. 3.All bids will include freight, handling, environmental and shop charges. Labor &Parts Transportation of Dozer from Lake Red Rock KNOXVILLE, IA. to Contractor's Location and back to Lake Red Rock *Parts are considered equal if they meet the same quality and reliability standards as OEM parts.
