- Description
- Increase maximum order limitation from $15 million to $18.5 million. This justification for other than full and open competition is for a contract modification to increase the Maximum Order Limitation (MOL) amount under this Supplemental Construction Manager (CM) contract with Jacob's Facilities, Inc from $15 million to $18.5 million for the five year contract period. Contract Number GS06P08GZD0001 was solicited on July 7, 2007 and resulted in 2 offers being received on August 15, 2007. Jacob's Facilities, Inc. was selected under Full & Open competition —competitive proposal procedures. The IDIQ contract is for Construction Management services. Services include but are not limited to: pre-design phase services, review of designs, schedules, and of A-E cost estimates; bid package preparation and market surveys; and supervision, estimating, construction inspection, administration, testing and other services for administration of the construction contract. Any one or any combination of these services may be required for individual work orders. Due to the unanticipated need for CM services, the amount available to use in support of our planned projects is insufficient. The five-year maximum ordering limit needs to be increased to ensure continuity of services.
