- THIS SOLICITATION IS BEING AMENDED TO CHANGE FROM 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE TO FULL & OPEN COMPEITION. THE NEW CLOSING DATE IS 09 JANUARY 2012. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ 08733 is looking to procure 36 each of Alluminum Collapsible Shipping Containers with neoprene seals for the H-60 PSE Program. Specifications are as follows: All surfaces of F/N shall be powedercoated, color white. F/N shall contian a pressure equalizing valve with a breaking pressure of +/-.5 PSI. F/N shall be capable of collapsing with all components fitting inside the collapsed case. F/N shall have 4 hoist rings installed, capable of lifting 300 pounds or more. A quantity of 4 shock-isolating mounts shall be installed. Mounts shall have a height of 1.50, and contian female ½-12 threads. F/N shall have provisions for lifting with a forklift. Paper drawings are available under separate cover; email your request to deborah.dewyea@navy.mil. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation; this announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is 100% Set Aside for Small Business. All vendors must be registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR) Database. The internet website is http://www.ccr.dlsc.dla.mil/ccringq or www.ccr.gov. It is mandatory to register with the CCR as your Duns Number(Data Universal Numbering System) and your CAGE (Commercial and Government Entity) code will be required to conduct business with the Department of Defense. In addition, all invoices will be electronically submitted in the Wide Area Work Flow(WAWF); information available in FAR Clause 5252.232-9513. Additional information required: Cage Code, Duns Number, Tax ID Number, Payment Terms, Delivery schedule, Delivery charges if applicable, GSA contract number if applicable, Business size, and Email address.
