- The following narrative/information should have been with the Government's Reponses to Industry's comments posted on 21 Dec 2011: UPDATED: 21 DEC 2011: 1. The purpose of this notice is to publish the Government's responses to Industry's comments of the DRAFT System Specification (SS), DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) and DRAFT Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) for KC-46 ATS, posted to FBO on 17NOV2011. 2. Additional DRAFT documents were posted to FBO on 19DEC2011 for recommendations, notices of inconsistencies, error identification, lack of clarity, and any other feedback from Industry. Since Industry reviewed the DRAFT SS, DRAFT SOW, and DRAFT CDRL and given the opportunity to provide comments, Industry input solicited on 19DEC2011 shall be limited to only those new DRAFT documents posted to FBO on 19DEC2011. Additional comments submitted regarding the DRAFT SS, DRAFT SOW, and DRAFT CDRL may not be reviewed by the Government. 3. All DRAFT documents are in draft form, therefore subject to change prior to formal release of the KC-46 ATS RFP. 4. These DRAFT documents are for the Government's informational and planning purposes only. The Government will not provide reimbursement of costs associated with any documentation or communication submitted in response to this posting. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice. Any submitted documentation, upon delivery, becomes the property of the U.S. Government and will not be returned.
