- THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY ATTEND TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE JUSTIFICATION WITH A BASE YEAR AND FOUR (4) OPTION YEARS FOR: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the procurement is 511210. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE. It has been determined that Intercede, LTD is uniquely qualified to satisfy the Government's requirement as they are the sole owner of the software product. MYID. Currently, Interced is the producer of the MyID Identify and Credential management System (IDCMS). Intercede's MyID is the only IDCMS software product that enables Feeral Agencies to easily and securely managethe identities of people and their associated identity credentials within a single, integrated, workflow driven platform. The includes enabling and managing: secure registration, biometric capture, application vetting and approval through to smart card personalization, issuance and management. MyID contains all the tools necessary to start managing identities and issuing devices such as smart cards and USB tokens. Notwithstanding, any firm that believes it is capable of meeting EPA's requirement, as stated herein, may submit their corporate capabalities, which if received by the response date of this announcement, may be considered. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upn the responses to this notice is soley within discretion of the Government.
