- Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Hood, TX intends to award a sole source purchase order to Pharmacy Onesource, 3535 Factoria Blvd. SE, Suite 440, Bellvue, WA. 98005, a small business, for on-line Pharmacy Onesource software. The period of performance is 15 December 2011 through 14 December 2012. This acquisition is conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) (1) Soliciting From a Single Source. The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available due to only one responsible source and no other service will satisfy agency requirements. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 511210 - Software Publisher with a size standard of 500 employees. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes; however, interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding within 15 days after the date of electronic publication of this synopsis.
