- Description
- DLA Distribution has a requirement for a Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Quality Management Tool (QMT) application. Additionally, the requirement will include on-site installation, configuration, training and continuous technical support. The period of performance (PoP) will include a base and four (4) option year periods. The Government intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the COTS QMT application, on-site installation, configuration, training, and continuous technical support. It is anticipated that award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation using best value, trade-off source selection procedures. This acquisition will be a total (100%) small business set-aside. The applicable NAICS code is 511210, Software Publishers. The size standard is $25.0M. All interested and responsible parties may submit a proposal in response to the Solicitation that will be considered by DLA Distribution. The Solicitation Number is SP3300-12-R-0005, and it is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities Website on or about 23 January 2012.
