- DSCA is extending the date and time for submission of comments regarding the posted performance work statement to 13 January 2012, by 6:00 pm EST. DRAFT PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS) AND MARKET RESEARCH: The draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) at Attachment 01 is posted to: 1) identify which companies can provide the requested capabilities 2) solicit written inputs on how to improve the wording of the draft PWS so that the solicitation is better understood by industry 3) propose an industry meeting to field questions and answers on the capabilities sought. Responding to this announcement : DSCA is extending the date and time for submission of comments regarding the posted performance work statement to 13 January 2012, by 6:00 pm EST. 1) Interested parties should submit written responses, to include questions, by 13 January 2012, NLT 6:00 pm to alejandro.garcia@dsca.mil. 2) Changes to the PWS shall utilize Microsoft Word Track Changes. 3) When responding, please indicate the type of business that is providing the feedback (i.e. 8(a) certified, Woman‐owned, Service Disabled Veteran‐owned, Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), large business, etc). Meeting with Industry : *COMPLETED* DSCA will host a meeting with industry. DATE: December 19, 2011 TIME: From 2:00-3:00 PM EST PLACE: 201 12th Street South, Arlington, VA, 22305. *Participants must meet at 1:45 PM at Suite 303 (East Tower) to check-in (photo ID required) and then will be escorted to the conference room. **Issuance of this draft PWS does not obligate DSCA to issue a solicitation. ***The Government will not pay for any responses to this announcement. ****Vendors that are interested in attending the meeting must: 1) Notify Mr. Alex Garcia via email at alejandro.garcia@dsca.mil, NLT 2:00 PM 14 December 2011. *COMPLETED 2) Due to space constraints, vendors are limited to one (1) participant each.
