- Single award contract for the period beginning Date of Award and ending Decenber 31, 2012, for the U.S, Department of Commerce/U.S. Census Bureau. Anticipate 4 orders for the year, 1st order is black only printing and orders 2, 3 and 4 are two color printing. Trim sizes include 8-1/2 x 11" for forms, 8-1/2 x 5-5-1/2" for flyer, 5-3/4 x 8-3/4" and 6 x 9-5/8" for envelopes. Operations include production of the Construction and Services Censuses made up of various products including Report Forms, letters, information sheets, flyers, and envelopes, collated to make up different mailing package configurations utilizing the products specified herein and requiring such operations as electronic prepress, printing in one and two colors, binding, construction, gathering, assembling, inserting, packing, and distribution.
