- The purpose of the amendment 0003 to the solicitation is to provide information with regards to final proposal revisions (FPRs) for offerors in the competitive range. Amendment 0003 to the solicitation has been issued. Offerors are reminded to acknowledge the amendment to the solicitation in accordance with Box #11 of the SF30 and include in your final revised proposal. The closing date and time for submittal of final proposal revisions (FPRs) for offerors in the competitive range has been set for January 10, 2012 at 10:00 AM Norfolk Local Time. One (1) hard copy and one (1) CD copy of each offeror's FPR shall be submitted to the agency.
