- Issue Date: 12/23/2011 Response Date: 12/27/2011 Classification Code: L Solicitation Number: VA101-12-Q-0039 The Department of Veterans Affairs Central Office (VACO) intends to negotiate with Merlin International, Inc., 4B Inverness Court East, Suite 100, Englewood, CO 80112 to provide a web-based application that will support the agency with a data process for the Office of Human Resource Management. This procurement is for a period of thirty (30) days, beginning January 4, 2012 through February 3, 2012. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Information received would normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
