- Notice of Intent to award sole source contract. This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Bedford, intends to negotiate and award a contract for technical and subject matter expertise for a research project entitled "Ultra-Violet Light-Influenza Research Project" to Harvard School of Public Health, 677 Huntington Ave, Boston, MA 02115. The authority for this action is 38 USC 8153 as implemented by FAR 6.302-5, Authorized or Required by Statute. No solicitation will be posted to this site.
