- Statement of Work intended to be used for the Request for Information to industry. NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR INFORMATION FROM INDUSTRY The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is requesting information for a service. There is a potential requirement for Integrated Circuits for a Millimeter-Wave Large Signal Network Analyzer. This requirement would include providing information to NIST for the design phase and fabrication of the circuit. **SEE ATTACHED STATMENT OF WORK FOR MORE DETAILS AND TECHNICAL SPECIFIATIONS Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, in writing, no later than the response date. A determination by the Government on how to proceed with the acquisition of the proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining how to move forward with a possible procurement in the future. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334413, and the size standard is 500 employees. **THIS IS NOT AN RFQ AND RESPONSES WILL NOT BE USED TO ISSUE A CONTRACT
