Description

JUSTIFICATION AND APPROVAL FOR DOL SOLE SOURCE TO AUDIMATION FOR IDEA LICENSES THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order IAW Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Department of Labor (DOL) Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) intends to make a sole source award to Audimation Services Inc, for IDEA DATA ANALYSIS SOFTWARE LICENSES. The Justification for the sole source award is included as an attachment to this notice. Response to this notice must be received via email, by 29 December 2011, no later than 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
