- VA-251-11-RP-0080: Pre-Solicitation Notice The VA Illiana Health Care System, Danville, Illinois, Aleda E. Lutz VAMC, Saginaw, Michigan, Battle Creek VAMC, Battle Creek, Michigan intends to negotiate a base year contract with four (4) one (1) year option periods. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract covering a Base year, from the period of January 1, 2012 through September 30, 2012 with four option years to be used at the government's discretion to provide home oxygen services to an estimated 1,450 oxygen-using patients. This is a "Small Business Set-Aside", NAICS code: 532291, Size standard $7.0 million. The VA Illiana Health Care System, Danville, Illinois, Aleda E. Lutz VAMC, Saginaw, Michigan, Battle Creek VAMC, Battle Creek, Michigan. It is necessary to have in place home oxygen services to assist the Veterans. It is planned that VA will award a single IDIQ contracts from this solicitation. The solicitation for competition will be made available on or after October 15, 2011.
