- The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-Rock Island) is seeking to identify potential sources that have the capability to provide the following service. The NAICS code for this requirement is 811310. The applicable small business size standard is $7 million. Refurbishment of the following: 10" x 30" Monarch 10EE Lathe (2 each) The machines will be completely disassembled to unit level components and refurbished. The following information is requested from interested sources: 1. Do you have the capability to provide this service? 2. Can you provide Original Manufacturer components/parts? 3. Provide Company Name, CAGE Code, Point of Contact, Title, Phone Number, email address, and business size status relative to NAICS 811310. Responses should be forwarded to Lorraine Geren, Lorraine.geren.civ@mail.mil and Sarah Herrera sarah.e.herrera.civ@mail.mil no later than 4 January 2012. This is a market survey for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a Request for Quotation, nor as an obligation on the part of the Government. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this market survey or otherwise pay for information solicited. Participation in this effort is strictly voluntary.
