- Attachment C: Pre Proposal Conference Handout Attachment B: Pre-Proposal Conference Presentation Attachment A: Pacer Ivy Storage Photographs Amendment 2: Responses to Questions received. The purposes of this amendment are to: •1) Extend the due date for submission of proposals from January 13, 2012 to January 30, 2012; •2) To incorporate questions and responses provided by USAID during the site visit and the pre-proposal conference held on December 1, 2011 at Danang as an integral part of the RFP; •3) To incorporate questions received and answers thereto into the RFP as an integral part of the Solicitation. •4) To incorporate as references into the RFP as an integral part of the Solicitation Attachment A "Pacer Ivy Storage Photographs," Attachment B "Pre-Proposal Conference Presentation," and Attachment C "Pre-Proposal Conference Handout."
