Sources Sought VA-701-12-I- 0054 Product Effectiveness Program, Integration & Lessons Learned Questions and Answers 1.The Sources Sought Notice states "Please provide no more than five (5) contracts that your company has performed within the last three (3) years that are of comparable complexity and scope for each domain requirement for which your company is responding." Please clarify - is the Government requesting that we provide up to 5 contracts per each Domain (i.e., a max of 15) OR up to 5 contracts across the three Domains (i.e., a max of 5)? oAnswer: Provide no more than five (5) contracts across domains. 2.Does the QAP count within the 20 page maximum? oAnswer: Yes, the QAP counts toward the page limitation. 3.Do we need a physical presence at any or all of the four sites mention in Request for Information VA-701-12-1-0068 being Albany, NY; Washington D.C.; Bay pines, FL or Silver Springs MD? oAnswer: Will be addressed in potential future solicitation. 4.Will the scope of work expand beyond these sites under a future potential solicitation (i.e. is this a pilot program)? oAnswer: Will be addressed in potential future solicitation.
