- The work includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to calibrate flow measuring systems at the Fort Kamehameha Wastewater Treatment Plant, Oahu, Hawaii. Work includes, but is not limited to, assessment, calibration, and minor repairs to the Ultraviolet (UV) Flow and Outfall measuring systems and reports, by means of a combination firm fixed-price and indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract. Successful calibration and repairs require that the individual measuring system components: (1) indicate the proper electrical, mechanical, and acoustical parameters at test points as established by the component manufacturer in the manufacturer ™s technical manual; (2) comply with the permit requirements established under the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES). Procurement Method: Solicitation for Commercial Items. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 541380 and the annual size standard is $12,000,000. The contract term will be a base period of one year plus two option years. The total term of the contract, including all options, will not exceed 36 months. The Government will not synopsize the options when exercised. This is a new procurement. It does not replace an existing contract. No prior contract information exists. Offerors can view and/or download the solicitation, and any attachments, at https://www.neco.navy.mil/ when it becomes available. All interested offerors shall register at the website. No notice of solicitation activity will be provided to interested offerors. The solicitation will require offerors to submit a technical proposal, including past performance and experience information, and a price proposal for evaluation by the Government. IDIQ work may be issued via the DOD EMALL, a web-based ordering system, using Government purchase cards.
