Description

Sources sought for Maintenance and Service for Pitney Bowes Mail Handling equipment. The VISN 20 VA office in Vancouver, WA are seeking businesses interested and capable of providing maintenance, service, and upgrades as detailed below. Please respond via e-mail ONLY. Your response should identify your company name, point of contact with contact information, maintenance, service, and upgrades capabilities related to Pitney Bowes Mail Handling Equipment (model #'s: F7C0, F754, W590), identify your business size, and if you are (by the definitions in the FAR) any of the following: Small Business, 8(a) disadvantaged, disadvantaged, woman-owned, veteran-owned, service disabled veteran owned or HUB Zone certified. Also, state if you currently have a Federal Supply Schedule Contract or a VA contract that this product falls under. Only this minimal information is requested. A Request for Quote shall be issued at a later date. The NAICS code for the procurement is 811212 and the small business size standard is $25 million USD.
