- Z--THIS PROCUREMENT IS A 100% SET-ASIDE FOR INDIAN OWNED AND CONTROLLED BUSINESSES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BUY-INDIAN ACT (25 USC 47). The Bureau of Indian Affairs is soliciting Invitation for Bids to grade, drain, mill surfacing, aggregate base, asphalt surfacing and other incidental work on approximately 1.64 miles on BIA Routes 3200, 3201, 3202 and 22 on the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation, Dunn County, North Dakota. The contractor must have extensive knowledge and experience in completing road repair projects that conformed to the Standard Specifications for Construction of Roads and Bridges of Federal Highway Projects FP-03.The contractor shall provide a statement of personnel qualifications for key employees. The contractor will be required to provide all equipment and labor necessary to accomplish this project. The NAICS Code for this project is 237310 and has a size standard of $33.5 Million. This is a Small Business Buy-Indian Set-aside, Buy-Indian Set-aside means the company must be 51% Native American Indian owned and operated. This will be a fixed price contract with an estimated price range between $500,000 - $1,000,000. Bid packages will tentatively be available on January 11, 2012.
