- Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) is seeking bids from qualified firms to provide round cell batteries. NOTE: The IFB contains a 0.30 percent DBE Goal requirement. A pre-bid conference will not be held. Your bid must be submitted in accordance with IFB terms and delivered to WMATA's, Office of Procurement and Materials, 600 Fifth Street, N.W., Room 3C02, Washington, DC 20002. Bids must be received as stated in the Invitation For Bid which is currently no later than 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, January 25, 2012. If you have any questions, Technical, Contractual or Administrative please email them to the Contract Administrator, Steven Hussey at sthussey@wmata.com no later than 12:00 PM, January 11, 2012.
