- Mission and Installation Contracting command, 9610 Jackson Loop, Suite 101, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060, intends to award a Sole Source Blanket Purchase Agreement(BPA) to Carahsoft Technology Corp., 12369 Sunrise Valley Drive Suite D2, Reston, VA 20191, for VMware software and product services. The period of performance for this action is 30days from the time of award. This Sole Source procurement is pursuant to FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B). The applicable North American Classification Code (NAICS) is 423420 "Office Equipment Merchant Wholesalers". This Notice of Intent to be not a request for competitive proposals. If you feel your firm can provide these services, please submit a capabilities statement by 10:00 Am., Eastern Standard Time, 30 December 2011. The decision not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any responses of this notice must provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. The government may consider all capability statements received.
