- This Request For Information (RFI) is issued solely for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. In accordance with FAR 15.201 (e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. The Department of Veterans Affairs has an upcoming requirement to provide an Employee Assistance Program for the Veterans Benefits Administration Regional Office Saint Louis, MO. Services will be provided Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. The contractor will provide one-on-one professional counseling and referral services as needed to provide employees assistance in coping with issues, which may adversely affect attendance, work performance and/or conduct. Services shall be provided within the Saint Louis, MO area. The proposed contract will be for a base period of twelve (12) months from contract award and with four (4) option years. A Requirements Firm Fixed Price with single award is proposed at this time. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research in order to determine small businesses interested in this requirement. The NAICS code is 621330 and the small business size standard is $ 7.0 million. Vendor ™s response shall identity the company name, point of contact with contact information, CAGE Code, DUNS number and RFI number VA331-12-I-0002. If considered a Small Business, then please also identify which type as define by FAR Part 19. Only this minimal information is requested at this time. A Request for Quote may be issued at a later date. All responses shall be submitted no later than 3:00 P.M. CST, Jan 27, 2012.
